Bedding, hand-, shower- and beach towels, service for pool and garden, garbage collection, basic charge for TV and telephone, local calls, water, gas (grill), W-LAN high-speed Internet access, Baby Barrier© Pool Safety Fence, on-site service of bilingual property manager (German and English)

30% of the rental, but minimum USD 850
(to be paid by cashiers check within 1 week after booking) |
| Security Deposit: |
USD 700 (to be paid with the final payment 6 weeks upon arrival) |
| Cleaning Charge: |
USD 130 up to 2 guests, 2-6 guests USD 150, 7-8 guests USD 175 to be paid to the property manager, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged by the property manager. Regarding fiscal considerations, please note that the cleaning fees are charged directly by the property manager. |
| Electricity: |
USD 25 per week is already included in the rental rate, additional consumption will be charged according to the price list from the provider LCEC valid during your stay plus 6 % sales tax. |
| Taxes: |
11% (6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax) |
| Your Costs: |
Rental, taxes, cleaning & electrical fees above USD 25/7 as mentioned above -
there are no "hidden" costs! |
